The Microsoft Store
The Microsoft Store offers not only the latest consumer technology products from Microsoft, but also training, and a help desk. Microsoft, through their new retail locations is reaching out to regular computer users in a new way, making the technology more accessible and usable! One of their great benefits to customers is to sell competitively priced computers configured without the usual load of bloatware (you know, trial versions of unwanted software)!The planned outline for this presentation is:
- Windows 7
- Office 2010
- Microsoft Store – what people can find & get there
- Microsoft Live Essentials (and other new stuff)
This meeting will be a window into what Microsoft is offering and a chance to ask questions of their top notch staff!
The Mission Viejo Store is only the second Microsoft Store to open in the country. The first store opened in Scottsdale, AZ, just one week earlier, on October 22, 2009. The Mission Viejo store opened on October 29, 2009.
There will be valuable attendance prizes for PC Club members.
Refreshments will be served after the program.
